   7. Seamless Planning Scenario Prerequisites:

      1. SAP Analytics Cloud is running on HANA Cloud
      2. SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere are located in the same data center. [SAP datacenters are not in scope]
      3. SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere use the same identity provider
      4. SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere tenants are linked for seamless planning in a 1:1 relationship by the system owner

2. Configuration
   1. SAC Tenant Not on HANA Cloud?
      1. To check if your tenant is currently on Hana Cloud go to System -> About. 
         1. If the last line references "Hana Cloud Version" then your tenant is on Hana Cloud. 
         2. If the last line references "EPM Library Version", then you are not on Hana Cloud.
            
            
      2. If you are looking for updates on the migration of the SAC tenants to Hana Cloud, please continue to watch the SAC Community Blog SAP Analytics Cloud infrastructure is moving to SAP HANA Cloud for any updates on when these migrations will start. There is no update that Support or Operations can provide regarding the timeline. It is also advisable to follow-up with your Account Team or CSP. 
         
         
      3. If you are looking to move one of your existing tenants that are on the Hana2 infrastructure, please refer to Option D of KBA 2793071 - Can I request to change/customize my SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) URL or Data Center (i.e. SAC tenant move request)? There are no other options that Support is aware of beyond what is listed in Option D. 
         
         
      4. If you still have questions about the SAC tenant migration, please contact SAP via a support case under LOD-ANA-ADM (SAP Analytics Cloud > Administration > System Administration). 
         
         
   2. 1:1 Relationship: System Owner User to Link SAC tenant and DS tenant:
      1. Logon both SAC and DSP tenants with a user account who is the "System Owner" for both tenants.
      2. Go to SAC Administration , navigate to page of "Tenant Links" 
      3. With system owner profile, maintain the DS tenant URL under "Data Storage for Planning". 
            
   3. SAC tenant and DS tenant should use the same IdP (Identity Provider):
      1. In case of mismatched SAC and DS IdP, try workaround: activate SAP IdP and then activate custom SSO. 
           
   4. SAP Datasphere:
      1. Space ID
         
         1. Check if user is maintained under Section: User Assignment to gain space access
             
      2. Go to Space Management - Monitoring - Table Details, see SAC Planning Related Tables:
         1. use SAC model ID to search master data table or transaction data table 
            1. check SAC model URL, ID format is similar to "Cs59tfdj27ivvl7jhqbb9bid6d"
                
         2. Prefix: sap.fpa.services
            1. Example: Currency Conversion Rate Table: sap.fpa.services.modeling.rate::Rate.RATE_DETAIL 
            2. use the SAC table name/ID to search the rates accordingly in DS side. 
                
   5. SAP Analytics Cloud: 
      1. SAC Model
         1. Data Storage Location: 
            1. Create Model  - Data Storage Location - choose SAP DataSphere - choose Space ID
            2. In case of Data storage location error, please try workaround: de-link and re-link to reset the tenant link
            3. User in SAC should have access to DS Space, please check the role assignment or test with Admin user first
            4. Related error: 
               1. Data Storage Location: We could not retrieve any data from your SAP Datasphere system
               2. Data Storage Location: Failed to connect to remote data repository

3. Troubleshooting

1. 1. Troubleshooting of Performance Issues Between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere
       
   2. Collect HAR trace in Browser:
      1. 2280022 - How to collect a HTTP archive (HAR) file (Chrome developer tools network trace) in SAP Analytics Cloud 
          
   3. Analysis via HANA DB Analysis User
      1. System - Database Access - Open Database Explore with DB user/password
      2. Select Affected Schema(Space ID which is linked to SAC model, also can check via HAR trace/MDS trace)
      3. Select Affected Table
         1. search Audit, Master Data, Transaction Data, RATE_DETAIL...etc
         2. use SAC model ID (check model URL, ID format is similar to "Cs59tfdj27ivvl7jhqbb9bid6d") to search
         3. SAC related table may start with sap.fpa.services.epm
      4. Click "Open Data" button or input SQL script to run the query
          
   4. Collect MDS response from HAR trace:
      1. Open the Developer Tools from Chrome browser by pressing F12 key
      2. Go to the Network tab from the window 
      3. Reproduce the issue in SAC,
         1. Before reproducing the issue, clear the existing network activity
      4. Once the issue is reproduced, the Developer Tools should have multiple entries listed. 
      5. Type GetResponse in the filter to see the INA requests.
      6. Click the request, click the Header tab and click the view source button to see the raw INA request.
         1. If there are multiple GetResponse entries, check the Response tab to see which one is the one with the error.  You may also copy the response from the Response tab.
            
            
2. Report Case to SAP Support:
   1. Before submit the case:
      1. Enable Support user in SAC tenant
         1. Go to System > Administration > System Configuration page > Click the pencil (edit) icon.
         2. Search for “SAP Support” and Enable the option to "Allow SAP support user creation".
      2. Enable Support user in DS tenant
         1. Go to System > Administration > System Configuration
         2. Enable the option to "Allow SAP support user creation".
             
      3. Create a DB Analytic user in DS tenant and maintain the user ID/password in the case's secure area in the support portal. 
         
         
   2. Please provide following info in the case:
      1. SAC model URL  (URL is preferred as to avoid duplicated names in different folders)
      2. Datasphere space URL  (URL is preferred as to avoid duplicated names in different folders)
      3. Datasphere's Analytic Model/View based on the same space if there is. 
      4. Please do include a screenshot from system owner user's view of the DS tenant link under  SAC Administration  - "Tenant Links" - " Data Storage for Planning"
      5. Reproduce steps
      6. Collect HAR trace of the issue:
