3515235 - CI-DS datastore test connection fails with the following error: SSL Security error [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]

Symptom

When testing the connection of a datastore on the CI-DS WebUI the following error message appears:

"Test failed for the default configuration '<>' of datastore: '<>':
ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SSL Security error
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()).
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Invalid connection string attribute>. Notify Customer Support."
