3515452 - BAdIs QM_QUALITY_CERTIFICATE_OUT and QC_OD_PROFILE_DET are not called in S4HANA on premise system

Symptom

Custom-implementations of BAdIs QM_QUALITY_CERTIFICATE_OUT and QC_OD_PROFILE_DET had been created in S4HANA on premise system.

However, these are not called when processing outgoing quality certificate for example in transaction QC20.
