3515482 - ODQMON issue with extra Delta +init entry, how to change it back to just delta - Data Services

Symptom

  • A job that has been just retrieving the delta of an odp extractor source, is suddenly now always getting a Delta+Init returned.
  • The same behavior is seen in RODPS_REPL_TEST.
  • How to change this back to it is only retrieving a delta?
  • Data Services source is set to Initial Load No - so should be only retrieving deltas.
