3515505 - Issue with Managers role when "Include access to the Reports..." is enabled

Managers not getting required permissions even when a role is granted to "All Managers" or selecting options "Include access to the Reports of the Granted User's Direct Reports" etc.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Create permission role with permissions with a target.
2. Grant the role to the Managers.
3. Choose the target population as "Direct Reports", with the selected option "Include access to the Reports of the Granted User's Direct Reports" 
4. Permission only works for the first level reports.
5. This occurs after selection of "Include access to the Reports of the Granted User's Direct Reports" is made the role is unavailable for managers. However, once this option is disabled the permission role works but not for Manager´s direct report all levels down.

This is related to configuration caused by cycled manager relationship.

Please use the check tool "Quick Fix" to validate from user side by steps:

1. Please go to check tool.
2. Select Validation.
3. Go to user management.
4. Run check for User Hierarchy area.
5. Run the "Quick Fix" option.
