3515619 - HTTP response Errors in CPI Tenant for Australia STP iFlows

Symptom

When executing PB2A for the Australia STP submission, an error occurs stating "Communication error between CPI - ATO".

Upon reviewing the request in the CPI tenant, the error in the message processing log appears as follows:

HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://softwareauthorisations.ato.gov.au/R3.0/S007v1.2/service.svc.
HTTP response '400: Bad Request' when communicating with https://softwareauthorisations.ato.gov.au/R3.0/S007v1.2/service.svc.
HTTP response '404: Not Found' when communicating with https://authentication.business.gov.au/R3.0/vanguard/S007v1.2/service.svc.
