3515649 - How to Set Default Target Logistics Area for Input Product or Out Product in a Production Order?

When creating a production order without supply production task, how to set the default target logistics area for input product or output product in this production order?

The production make task does not apply for the Material Flow Rules. The default target logistics area for input product or output product is determined by the resource location of the main resource for this production order.

Follow the below steps to maintain the default target logistics area for input product or output product:

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Navigate to Locations view.
3. Search for the relevant site for resource location.
4. Click on Edit Layout button.
5. Find the Logistics Area for the resource location.
6. Go to Resource tab, Production Supply and Output Details subtab.
7. Maintain the Fixed Supply Area and Fixed Output Area fields.

After done above actions, the maintained Fixed Supply Area and Fixed Output Area will be displayed on the target logistics area for input product and output product respectively.
