Symptom

To find answers and request Support use the Headset Icon 

Environment

SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences

Resolution

Your web apps include the option to find answers and create a Support request through the Headset Icon  which is available in all apps.

You must search the recommended help information before you can create a Support request.

You do not need to be an SAP customer to create a Support request from within the app.

The Support team will act on your request and contact you.
