Symptom

  • Unable to launch Promotion Management Wizard (PMW) in Linux System
  • When running command ./PromotionManagementWizard under  <Install_Dir>/enterprise_xi40/linux_x64 folder, error below appears :

!STACK 1
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load SWT library. Reasons:
no swt-pi4-gtk-4922r32 in java.library.path:[XXXX] and in system paths:[XXX/enterprise_xi40/linux_x64/sapjvm/jre/lib/amd64]
......
Can't load library: XXX/.swt/lib/linux/x86_64/libswt-pi4-gtk-4922r32.so
Can't load library: XXX/.swt/lib/linux/x86_64/libswt-pi4-gtk.so
