3515833 - RestSenderExpiredTokensDeleteJob job is not working

The job RestSenderExpiredTokensDeleteJob is taking too much time to complete and not deleting tokens from the BC_XI_OAUTH_TOKEN table.

In the Job logs you can see errors similar to the following:

Job must be in status STARTING in order to be started. It is in status 'COMPLETED'.
The job will neither continue nor re-run.
