A project owner created a signature task and then withdrew it. The task status changed to Withdrawn. However, when another user, who is not part of the project but has Custom Task Administrator access, attempted to force-complete the task, the task status initially appeared as Signed on the user interface. Later, when the project owner checked, the status had reverted to Withdrawn.
