Transport Zone generated by transaction code(tcode) /SCMTMS/ZONE. After the creation the Transportation Zone should be delete as well in the same tcode /SCMTMS/ZONE. However when user would like to create Transportation Lane via tcode /SCMTMS/TL5 the already deleted Transportation Zone is available as an option during the lane creation. This is the unexpected system behaviour.
