3516276 - Not able to edit Period Offset and Period Duration for Copy Operator in IBP

Symptom

• The inability to edit or modify the parameters "Period Offset" and "Period Duration" in the Copy Profile app when "Selection By = Period or Date" is chosen.
• The parameters values can only be edited when "Selection By = Period Offset and Duration" is selected.
