3516332 - Regarding Document Generation

Symptom

You have created a table in document generation template with pastDirect and Direct mappings to Pay Components but the order is not correct.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Generate Document;
  2. Select Template and User;
  3. Download;
  4. The file fetches the amount but order does not match between the current and previous values of pay component.

Cause

This is a limitation within Document Generation.

Resolution

Pay component and Pay component non recurring are grid portlets with a parent and child relationship to compensation info portlets using the time slices from compensation to fetch the pay component values in a table for document generation. This means
