3516394 - Settlement to new receiver not happening and unable to delete the existing settlement rule due to Message KD009

• You want to perform settlement to a new receiver type (CTR, ORD, AUC etc) but you are unable to change/delete the existing settlement rule since settlement has already been performed for the previous receiver. You get message "Distribution rule already used, therefore it can no longer be deleted" - KD009.
• You create new settlement rule, however during settlement via K088/CJ88, previous receiver is also considered which is not needed anymore. You want to settle costs only to the new receiver type.
