3516405 - Cannot access responsive template

Symptom

When opening responsive template on setup, error message is thrown: Custom responsive template with provided id doesn't exist.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Setup
  2. Open Responsive Template section
  3. Try to access any custom template
  4. Error is thrown.

Cause

Bug on application.

Resolution

This is a known bug on the application, to access the custom template, you should enable UI customization on Developer Console.

Tentative fix is 2411.
