3516438 - Assignments' duration inconsistency

The items' Duration is not calculated consistently across the New Learning Experience tiles and pages when using a low duration value (such as 0.09 or lower).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to the Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items >
2. Create a new item or search for an existing one >
3. At the 'Duration' field, add a low value (for example, 0.08) > save the changes >
4. At the Learning user side, make sure the "New Learning Experience" toggle is enabled >
5. In the library, search for the required item and notice it says it's 5 minutes long >
6. When bookmarking this item, then the duration changes to 4 minutes at the 'Latest Bookmarks' tile >
7. If assigned, the duration is then 8 minutes at the 'Invest in Myself' tile >
8. And at the 'Required Learning' tile, the duration is also 8 minutes >
9. However, 0.08 hours equals to ~4.8 minutes, so the item's duration isn't consistent >
10. If the same item gets its duration updated to 0.10 (within Learning Administration), then the user's assignment gets updated to 6 minutes, which is correct.

Our Product Management team is aware of the current behavior and they are working on an enhancement to get the Duration value be normalized across the Learning Experience.

The code enhancement is being worked on, and currently there is no information on when it will be delivered.
