You you would like to access SAP Readiness Check in SAP for me either via direct link https://me.sap.com/readinesscheck or while navigating to Service & Support -> ALM and click there to SAP Readiness Check but the page is redirected to Application Lifecycle Management like shown in the screenshot below.
