When the browser window is resized to be narrower, fields are moved to a new line below other fields (i.e. "Last Name"), changing the layout of the page (in New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection and Manage Pending Hires).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open i.e. New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection or Manage Pending Hires: See the fields displayed.
2. Maximize the Window: Make sure the browser window is fully maximized to see all fields in one row:
   
   
   
   
3. Resize the Window: Slowly drag the side of the browser window inward to make it narrower.
4. Watch the Fields Move: Notice how fields, like "Last Name," will move under other fields as the window gets smaller:
   

It's an Onboarding System expected behavior.

The field layout adjusts automatically to ensure that all input fields are clearly visible and accessible to users. For instance, when the page size is reduced, the "Last Name" field, along with others, might be displayed under the remaining fields. This happens because the system rearranges the layout to fit the available screen space, ensuring that the fields remain at a readable size and are easy to interact with.
