3517028 - The country information missing in the master form template of a SD billing document output - SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

For a SD billing document:

  • The country information is missing in the master form template of a  SD billing document output;
  • In the XML file, the value of the node <AddressLine4Text> is missing.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter a billing document and click the "Display Output Request";
  2. Choose the output item and click "Display Document", no country name in output;
  3. Choose Output Details, set "#&&DOWNLOAD_FORM_DATA_XML&&#" as print queue name and click "Display Document";
  4. Check the XML file and the value of the node <AddressLine4Text> from XML file is missing.

Resolution

The system behaves as design.

The country information in output is visible only in case sender and receiver country is different. If both are same, the country information will not be visible.
