When changing EP and EX at same time, after inbox document transfer, one of EX or EP doesn't have send button

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Inbox transfer enabled in form template setting and HRIS sync job.

1. Configure the route map: C step E EH EP O, exit-user="EH EP O"
2. launch form for an employee
3. Go to employee profile, change EP (Matrix Manager1 or Matrix Manager2) and EX (First Matrix Manager)
4. Form was transferred to new matrix manager's inbox.
5. Proxy to New EX (First Matrix Manager) or EP (Matrix Manager1 or Matrix Manager2), there is no send button for the user.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).
