3517347 - When using the Batch Export setting for a Story Export (PDF/PPT) the member selection is not possible for some dimensions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When using the Batch Export setting for a Story Export (PDF/PPT) the member selection is not possible for some dimensions in SAC.
• The data source model is a BW with Direct Live Connection and the dimension is using a BW Hierarchy.
• The Story filter is set up with "Multiple Selection Hierarchy".
• Note: The Batch Export works as expected, if it is switched to "Single Selection".

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.15.6
• SAP Business Warehouse

1. Click on File -> Export...
2. Choose Batch Export, choose story filter.
3. Then, the selection of values within that story filter does not appear.

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

• The issue is fixed in a future** version of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Please refer to maintenance document.

** in version 2024.15.08 for customers on a bi-weekly (fast track) release cycle.
** in Q4 for customers on a Quarterly release cycle (QRC).
