3517386 - Broadcast message does not show hyperlinks

You would like to add a hyperlink in a broadcast message, however it comes as text, not a link.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center, view Broadcast Messages.
2. Edit your message.
3. See that it contains a link.

When you log on to the system, the popup contains the text but it is not a hyperlink.

Broadcast messages currently support plain text only.

Unfortunately, hyperlinks cannot be added here.
