3517418 - The Geo Map widget is not allowing a multiple selection of Versions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• The Geo Map widget is not allowing a multiple selection of versions in SAC.
• The data in Geo Map only shows Actual values due to fixed filter on Version. This filter only considers single selection and is present as default without any possibility to remove it or add multiple selections e.g. Actual and Plan.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.15.06

1. Create a story in SAC.
2. Insert a Geo Map.
3. In the Builder panel go to Filters - Version.
4. Notice, that only e.g. Actual is selected.
5. Open the filter and try to select multiple values e.g. Actual and Plan at the same time => not possible.

• Product limitation.
• Geo Map is not supporting multiple versions on a single layer.

• Please, open an enhancement request for the topic per KBA 2424376 - How to create an enhancement request for SAP Analytics Cloud?
• Workaround: Create calculations e.g. Restricted Account for the required version values. The calculations will ignore the version filter, if "Enable Constant Selection" is enabled (bottom left corner of the calculation editor).
