3517461 - Why am I getting the error "There can be only one active provider per domain" when trying to active a new provider in Supplier Risk

I'm getting the error "There can be only one active provider per domain. To use service from this provider you have to disable current active provider and activate this provider" when trying to add another provider in Supplier Risk Administration page.
