Only XML option is available for users to export the position tile information.

Cause
The issue is due to the lack of a BIRT template configured for PDF or PPTX formats.
Resolution
Templates available will be based on instance configuration. If no template exists, only XML option will be available for users to export position tile information.
The export option in the Position Tile will export the data in an XML format by default. If you wish to enable printing in other formats such as PDF or PPTX, a BIRT template must be configured and uploaded to the system via Provisioning by a certified Implementation Partner or Professional Services.
