3517542 - The key has value in Onboarding 1.0 but when it comes to Manage Pending Hires, the value is incorrect

In Manage Pending Hires (MPH), the value from Onboarding 1.0 is incorrect, like empty, or XX.

However, the value is proper in ONB 1.0.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

You map the standard keys, e.g. DashedSSN or keys defined in Compliance panels to EC.

Those keys have code based logic and will have unexpected behavior when used in mapping.

Please use a custom key to collect data and map.

Please create a custom key in Settings >> Data Dictionary.

Send the value from standard key to custom key via Assign Actions in Super Admin

Map the custom key to EC.
