3517668 - 9DFE document type missing in custom code list

Symptom

For the retroactive export declaration,you get the below two incompletion error 

  1. "Previous Document 9DFE not specified" while trying to complete it can’t find any 9dfe previous document type under SUMA.
  2.  The Registration number not specified what number should be mentioned over here say for the retroactive export declaration case
