3517670 - Using "Last Modified By" from application along with "Personal Information.First Name" in the rule is not working as expected - Recuiting Management

The rule trying to capture the first name of the user who last modified / made change in the application in a text field is capturing invalid data in the field value.

If we just use the "Last Modified By" from application in the rule without appending the  "Personal Information.First Name" in the rule, it is correctly capturing the username of the user who last modified / made change in the application into a text field - please refer the screenshot in "Reproducing the Issue" section.
