Symptom
The rule trying to capture the first name of the user who last modified / made change in the application in a text field is capturing invalid data in the field value.
If we just use the "Last Modified By" from application in the rule without appending the "Personal Information.First Name" in the rule, it is correctly capturing the username of the user who last modified / made change in the application into a text field - please refer the screenshot in "Reproducing the Issue" section.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
Below is Just an example
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental
Below rule is trying to capture the last modified user into text field in application labeled as "HR Ranking".
Scenario 1: Rule configured with Condition without "Personal Information.First Name", is correctly capturing the username of the last modified user who last modified / made change in the application
Scenario2: Rule configured with Condition appended with "Personal Information.First Name" , is not capturing the expected data , does not capture the last modified user who last modified / made change in the application.
