3517761 - Error when uploading document in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page - ONB

When trying to upload a document in Maintain onboarding and offboarding documents page customer receives the following error:
"ChangeSet index 1 - ???*** Account logon credentials missing???;File could not be uploaded to PFS"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Navigate to Maintain onboarding and offboarding documents 
2. Try to upload any document
3. Encounter error message "ChangeSet index 1 - ???*** Account logon credentials missing???;File could not be uploaded to PFS"

Sometimes the system doesn't recognize the credentials in provisioning, which could cause such errors.

1. Navigate to provisioning
2. Delete the URL and credentials from the print forms services section
3. Scroll up to the top, around there you will see the "save feature" button, click on it.
4. Then, click on the "save" button at the very top
5. Following this, input the URL again along with the credentials
6. Save feature, then save, it should resolve the error
