3517857 - BizX external ID does not match with the Learning external ID

• Why does the BizX external ID show different value when compared to Learning?
• User ID and external ID have a unique value in BizX, but Learning displays the user ID and the external ID with the same value.
• Learning displays the user ID value as the external ID value and not the external ID value which is configured in BizX.
• User ID is the same as the external ID in Learning.
