3517860 - Adjustments made in EXIT_SAPLQEEV_001 are overwritten/ignored during inspection lot creation

Symptom

While creating an inspection lot - for example during order release - the exit EXIT_SAPLQEEV_001 includes some changes to the inspection characteristics.

However, the changes are overwritten / ignored by the program.
