3517869 - GJ14 not displaying joint venture`s invoice details and expenditure in hard copy billing

Symptom

When executing GJ14 hard copy billing for invoice and expenditure, there is a joint venture missing in the resulting Invoice and Expenditure Detail outputs however those are displayed in GJ12 and GJ13 selection.
