3517888 - Error "Something went wrong while converting the story to Optimized Design Experience" when converting stories to Optimized Design Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud

• When attempting to convert this classic story to optimized design, the following warning message is displayed:
  • "Something went wrong while converting the story to Optimized Design Experience. Invalid flexible granularity: Date.PATTERN_FISC_CALWEEK".

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.15.6

1. Log in to the SAC tenant;
2. Access the story;
3. From the tool bar select "Convert to Optimized story experience";
4. Choose "Save" or "Save as" option; 
   >> Notice the error message: "Something went wrong while converting the story to Optimized Design Experience. Invalid flexible granularity: Date.PATTERN_FISC_CALWEEK"

• The issue lies in the caching of the conversion mechanism. Some metadata required by conversion mechanism is missing.
