Symptom

When attempting to cancel a PR work item using the Fiori App "Flexible Workflow Administration" (App ID: F5343) or "Workflow Administration" (App ID: SWI_ADM_CLOUD), the operation is unsuccessful. The following message is displayed: "Cancel works asynchronously. Refresh the page."
