3517994 - Not delete all entries in sysloginroles when doing auto-rematerialization for master - SRS

Symptom

  • When doing auto re-materialization for master database, it will bcp out system security table 'sysloginroles' from primary, and then go to standby server and delete all entries in this table.
  • This is dangerous, if bcp in fails due to any reason (for example, sybsecurity db is full), then no user can not log in standby ASE, login will fail or it will be redirect to primary directly.
