3517995 - HTTP 500 internal server error on BILaunchPad while accessing via virtual hostname

Symptom

  • Http Status 500-Internal Server Error on Fiori based BI LaunchPad (/BOE/BI) while accessing via virtual hostname.
  • After applying SAP BI 4.3 SP03 Patch 12, BI Launchpad is throwing error logging using virtual hostname.
    • Http Status 500-Internal Server Error 
  • The solution was working earlier and issue was noticed only after upgrade to BI 4.3 SP03 Patch 1200.
