3518293 - [Mobile] Closed Service Calls cannot be found on Mobile Apps

Symptom

Service Calls marked as "CLOSED" cannot be found by the technician on mobile apps (Android, iOS & Windows Client). However, the Service Calls are present at "Shell" > "Planning and Dispatching" > "Service Calls" and as well via Query API in "Admin".
