New hires receiving duplicate Welcome letter email, even though all configuration is in place and it does not happen for every candidate.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
This behavior happens when a candidate is restarted to PHV from NES after 1st welcome letter is Sent. Then 2nd Welcome letter will be sent on completion of PHV after restart.
Resolution
Expected behavior. As two welcome letters are generated for the candidate, reminders emails will also trigger twice. This is the existing behavior.
