Working as design

For terminated employees, even if you don't exclude them with the above IF conditions, the alerts are created, but they won't be sent to the terminated accounts.

Currently this expected behaviour.

• The alert will not be triggered for inactive records. The alert is based on active users. When a user is selected for a past date, they will be marked as inactive.
• This means that the alert system will not include inactive users when sending out alerts.
