3518336 - Processing Status of Routes are Completed

You notice Processing Status of Routes are Completed even though there are still some future Visits for the routes.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits work center
2. Go to the Routes work center view
3. Open a Route
4. Check Processing Status

Result: The Processing Status is Completed even thought there are some future visits in the Overview facet.

"Generate Visits" action has already been done in the Route. Once this has been done, the Processing Status is changed to Completed regardless if there are future Proposed Visits or not.

This is the standard behavior of the system.
