3518408 - Payment Method: Wire Transfer is Not Available for Employee Payments

Symptom

The Payment Method desired for Employee Payments is Wire Transfer, however it is not available for selection.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Personnel Administration work center.
  2. Navigate to Employees view.
  3. Search for an Employee and click on Edit.
  4. In Personal Data tab, Payment Information subtab, observe that the Payment Methods available are: Bank Transfer, Check, and Cash.

Cause

The system currently only supports three Payment Methods for employees: Bank Transfer, Check, and Cash. Wire Transfer is not supported for Employee payments.

Resolution

This is the designed system behavior.
