3518480 - "This site can’t be reached" or "Hmmm… can't reach this page" when testing GetServerInfo service on browser

Symptom

When testing GetServerInfo service on browser (by inserting the URL https://<Your_ABAP_System>:<HTTPS Port>/sap/bw/ina/GetServerInfo?sap-client=<Your_Client_ID> ), the following message appears:

Chrome: "This site can’t be reached"

Edge: "Hmmm… can't reach this page"

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Direct Connection: When trying to create a direct connection to your BW or S/4HANA system the following message appears:

"We couldn't connect to your BW system. Possible causes: The SSL certificate is not trusted, or a network error occurred. For more information, see our troubleshooting page."

And all steps of KBA 2482807 have already been performed.
