How is the form language of an output item determined in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition?

The form language of an output item is basically determined by the following 2 steps in sequence.

1. The maintenance in Output Parameter Determination (OPD) for the determination step: form template.
2. If there's no dedicated form language assigned to the certain form template in OPD, then the system will read the language info maintained in the business partner master data of the output receiver.
