The user is seeking clarification on whether SAP will provide SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) reporting functionality for Ukraine within the S/4HANA and ECC product releases.
According to the latest draft Law N 6255 with changes to the Tax Code authored by the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 2, 2021 (draft Law), large taxpayers will be required to provide the "SAF-T UA" report annually starting from 2025, and other VAT taxpayers will be required to do so starting from 2027.
