Symptom

  • Recently, the SAP Cloud ALM user "XXXX" is created in PI. This caused below issue in the LogViewer.
    Invalid numeric value for com.sap.xi.mdt.beans.monitor.chunkSize property: null. Using default value of 500

  • The user is required so that SAP CALM can retrieve data in SAP PO and display a central data collecting monitoring.
