3518836 - Error Message no. T2503 for currency pair EUR/HRK, EUR/RUB, HRK/EUR, RUB/EUR

Market rate request for the currency pair EUR/HRK, EUR/RUB, HRK/EUR and RUB/EUR results in error "Koers niet in antwoord autom. datdatrsf".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to App Assign Currency Notation - Datafeed.
2. Define the Currency Notation for the exchange rate pair EUR/HRK
3. In the Currency notation maintain the data source ST-ECB / ECB.
4. Property = CLOSE (C).
5. Go to App Schedule Treasury Back Office Job.
6. Schedule job template "Request Current Market Data".
7. Select the market data class "Currencies".
8. Datafeed name = Y001.
9. Schedule the job or use the scheduling options.
10. View the results.

The currency pairs EUR/HRK, EUR/RUB, HRK/EUR and RUB/EUR are not supported by the ECB(European Central Bank) datafeed provider.

Download the Reuters Instrument Codes (RICs)  from the help portal "SAP Market Rates Management, Refinitiv data option" link 

1. The Refinitiv Instrument Codes is downloaded as an excel format.
2. Select tab "RIC Exchange Rates".
3. Filter the market data source "ST-ECB".
4. Currency Pair EUR/HRK is "ISVALID = FALSE"
5. This means the currency pair is not valid.
6. Go to App Assign Currency Notation - Datafeed
7. Delete the entry for the currency pair EUR/HRK and HRK/EUR.
8. Also, the currency code RUB (Russian Rubal) SAP do not provide support for Russia/Belarus.
9. Delete the entry for the currency pair EUR/RUB and RUB/EUR.
