Is it possible to set participant-specific initial values at the lot level rather than the item level for a Basket lot - Bid at Lot level, compete at Lot level (collect item pricing post bidding)? When using some auction templates, the button Set Participant-Specific Initial Values is not visible when creating this specific type of lot.
