Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the SAP Business ByDesign mobile app using SSO credentials.
  2. Observe the error message and inability to login.

Resolution

  1. Verify the SSO configuration in the SAP Business ByDesign mobile app.
  2. Check the SSO URL used for login.
  3. Ensure the user has the required access rights and the correct business role assigned.
  4. If the issue persists, consider logging in via the browser on the phone using the same URL as a workaround.
