3519014 - Data Collection is not Triggered After Initiation - Onboarding

Candidate is initiated from RCM but on Onboarding dashboard, data collection (NHDR as the first step if required from process variant assigned) is not triggered

1. Initiate candidate from RCM
2. On Onboarding dashboard, there is no data collection task. Ideally, the NHDR has to trigger first based on PV assigned to the candidate

• Cause 1: Candidate is not assigned to any process variant
• Cause 2: Process variant was not assigned due to wrong evaluation of business rule to select process variant for the onboardees.

Note that the below rule evaluates from process type. You can use other conditions to select process variant.

Cause 3: The Process variant assigned to candidate has only "Start" block and no further Onboarding steps

Resolution 1: Add manually the Process Variant from Manage Data

Resolution 2: Reconfigure the rule similar from below image as standard conditional requirement to be evaluated correctly in selecting Process Variant for onboardees

Ensure as well that the other conditional line from the rule satisfies the information provided from the candidate.

If using a custom Process Variant, make sure to Validate and Activate first and deploy xml via Update Process Flows.

Resolution 3: Ensure that the Process Variant assigned to candidate has the necessary Onboarding Steps.
